There are lots of ways to get healthy...some are just more fun than others!  Lose yourself in the music and find yourself fit at our FREE dance-fitness party. Zumba Gold® is perfect for anyone looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the moves you love at a lower intensity with a focus on balance and range of motion!

Participants should wear comfortable clothes, supportive shoes and bring a water bottle! Class lasts 60 minutes.
