Toddlers to teens can have fun "hunting"!

Why were the chickens huddled together? They were hatching a plan for the Easter egg hunt! 

If your kids (toddlers to teens) love a good egg hunt, towns across Hendricks County are hosting a fantastic range of events this spring! Here are 7 to mark on your calendar:


March 31, 8pm: Flashlight EGG-STREME Hunt, McCloud Nature Park (8518 Hughes Rd., North Salem)-- Registration is extremely limited!

March 31, 9:30pm: Flashlight EGG-STREME Hunt, McCloud Nature Park (8518 Hughes Rd., North Salem)-- Registration is extremely limited!

April 1, 7:30-9:30pm: Teen Glow Egg Hunt, Bundy Lodge at Arbuckle Acres Park (200 N. Green St., Brownsburg)-- Registration required

April 8, 10am: The Great Egg Hunt, Washington Township Park (115 S. CR 575 E., Avon)

April 8, 10-11am: Easter Egg Hunt, Hope Community Church (3350 N. SR 267, Brownsburg)

April 8, 12-4pm: Camo Egg Hunt, W.S. Gibbs Memorial Park (4521 Gibbs Rd., Cartersburg)

April 8, 2pm: Special Egg Event, The Well Community Church (554 Pit Rd., Brownsburg)-- **Intended for children with special needs; registration required

  • 2pm- Adaptive Egg Hunt- Magnetic eggs are picked up with poles; ideal for kiddos in wheelchairs or gait trainers
  • 3pm- Sensory Friendly Hunt- Quiet egg hunt with little stimulation; ideal for kids with autism or sensory processing needs
  • 4pm- Family Egg Hunt- For children who can hunt unassisted but have developmental delays.
