The Hendricks County 4-H Fair takes place July 18-24 at the county fairgrounds in Danville. As in years past, there are a number of special events happening before and during Fair week that are sure to captivate a variety of audiences! This is not an exhaustive list. CLUSTER BUSTERS HOT ROD CLUB CAR SHOW: July 18
Bring out your coolest Camaro, beautiful Bugatti, or vintage Volkswagen to show off and compete for awards! Registration is $15 and check-in occurs between 2-4pm. Awards will be handed out at 5pm.
STATE BANK ENTERTAINMENT STAGE
LITTLE MISS AND MISTER CONTEST: July 18
Cheer on your hometown (or family) favorite as the 2021 Little Miss and Little Mister are crowned! Preliminary judging starts at Noon on July 18 at the fairground’s Conference Center. Although the entry period has passed, you can view the on-stage judging and public presentation at 2pm.
HENDRICKS COUNTY GOT TALENT: July 20-23
Prepare to be amazed! Preliminary judging takes place July 20-22, and finalists hit the stage at 7:30pm on July 23. The winner receives $1000! [Entry forms were due July 12, but you can still attend and celebrate local talent across multiple age groups!]
YOUTH TALENT COMPETITION: July 21
This special talent competition is sponsored by WYRZ and highlights local young people! Register to participate by July 20! This family-friendly event starts at 5:30pm. Winners go on to compete at the Indiana State Fair.
