Graham crackers, chocolate bars, and jumbo marshmallows are staples in my pantry from May through October. Hanging out around a fire almost always includes the tradition of making and gobbling up s'mores in our family. One can never go wrong with classic s'more ingredients. But have you ever tried a variation of the traditional recipe? A different type candy bar, perhaps? A common denominator in all of these is the marshmallows. If you've never veered away from graham crackers and plain milk chocolate, let me try to convince you to try something different, and even decadent. Take a chance on one of these recipes, and I bet you'll want to try s'more!
[Kristin's pro tip: Have you ever made smores in your microwave?? It's so easy and convenient, especially if the weather isn't bonfire-worthy!]
