Our Kindergartener's favorite special is "Art Class". One day a week is just not enough for her! Thankfully, KidzArt just opened up some great options over Spring Break at The Well Community Center.
KidzArt classes provide unique and beneficial opportunities for all kids as they discover their art talents.
During Spring Break kids can:
• Explore a broad range of art techniques and mediums
• Learn that problems can have more than one solution
• Choose variations for each project - not a "copy exactly" approach
• Learn techniques for focusing, relaxing, and reducing stress
• Gain drawing skills AND self-confidence
• Think creatively in a non-competitive environment
• Have access to high quality art materials used by artists
• Always be excited by new curriculum--both 2 and 3-D
• Enhance knowledge of other subjects (anthropology, science, geography etc)
There are 3 days to choose from with 1/2 day or full day options!
Ages 5-12
Full Day: 9am - 3pm $49
1/2 Day: 9 am - noon $35
