Do you own or work at a business that provides a service for local kids? We would love to get you all together at this event for families! Please read:
Macaroni Kid- Hendricks and They’re Our Kids are the go-to websites for families in Hendricks County. Although we provide extensive information to the community, we also realize person-to-person communication is also very valuable. This is why we are hosting a Community Youth Fair. The goal of this event it to raise awareness of the businesses, organizations, groups, and clubs that serve our youth and teens. Last January we hosted a Youth Sports Fair with over 500 in attendance. We have secured a bigger venue to make this year’s event even more encompassing. We are asking each booth space to have an activity at their table and/or sign up for a demonstration time. We will be having a demonstration area! Here are the details:
Date: February 13,2015
Time: 10:00am-3:00pm (set up begins at 8:30, must stay until 3:00)
Location: Hendricks County 4-H Fairgrounds & Conference Complex
We will provide: Booth Space, Advertising of Event, Vendor list to attendees, 6 ft. table and 2 chairs.
You will need to provide:
Before January 30th: Application and Booth Fee ($50)
Day of event: activity or demonstration, booth attendant, marketing materials, and table décor.
Get in on the action by completing the application and mail in by January 30th with the $50 non-refundable booth fee: Please make checks out to Macaroni Kid- Hendricks. (if an official weather emergency happens that cancels the event, your fee will be credited towards a future date). A confirmation will be emailed to the address you provide.
